buisnes verification issue
I was trying to verify my buisnes and it took about 2 months to get back and when it finally did it said it was wrong because i had to include phone number verification, but the problem is that there is no way for me to verify my phone number because theres no way to link it were i am. and i cant verify my email because i need a website with a custom domain name but i dont want to have to pay for that. can anyone help?
Organization Verification for AppLab
Hi! I'm Oculus developer and we have our app on AppLab. So, now our organization is going to undergo verification. 1) Will we be able to change the organization later if necessary? 2) Does the verified organization necessarily have to match the organization through which the meta pay will be made later?
E-mail verification
I have an Oculus developer account admin@chatclick.ru I'm trying to log into this account through a server in Germany, I specify a username and password, a six-digit code comes to the mail, but the letter does not come. What should I do? My Oculus ID: click_dev date of registration 10.05.2017 How can I change e-malil?
Error in developer verification
We recently received a message on the developer dashboard to update developer verification requirements, and we follow the instructions to pass the requirements (we select "business verification"). Yet, in the final step of verifying the organization email, we always get an error code saying "There was a problem saving your changes. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Please see the attached screenshot. We wait several times and redo the instruction again, yet always fail at the last step. Can you please fix this bug? it now prevents us from updating our apps, which is quite annoying.
Verification
In order to create a "Dev account" you have 2 ways to verify yourself. 1. Credit Card 2. Phone number. If you click on "Add" for phone number it takes you to your Facebook Account under Mobile Settings (In which I already have a phone number listed there). And at that point there is nothing to confirm or click on or do. So how do you verify with your phone number that's already listed there??
