Email verification sent to test account?
After creating multiple test accounts and using these to test our games for over a year, we are suddenly facing a strange process that we cannot figure out how to solve. When you as a developer create test accounts, you can set the prefix, password and pin. Before you could always sign into an account by inputting a code in meta.com/device The issue now is that when you try to add another profile, a test account in this case, it send a link the user needs to confirm. How are we supposed to accept a link sent to a test email?
Can't verify Meta Quest Developer Account
I am trying to publish my first game on to app lab, and it says my organization needs to be verified. However, I've tried to verify my account by uploading proof of ID several times, and each one gets denied, saying "There's a problem with the photo you submitted. Try submitting it again, avoiding glare on the ID and ensuring all the edges are visible against a solid dark background." When the photo is super clear, and everything is fine. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
Cannot complete Organization Verification by contact method "Email"
Hello Support and everyone, We tried to complete the Organization Verification process by uploading new legal document, we selected contact method as "Email". However, it always gives error message "There was a problem saving your changes. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Is that any way to make it work please? Thank you.
The organization's admin verification cannot be resubmitted.
As a result of verifying the organization's administrator certification with my license, I received an e-mail stating that "The image of your license is not sufficient, please resubmit it". However, when I tried to resubmit the request on the certification page, it said, "Verification request under review." and I cannot resubmit the request. I cancelled the request once, but it is the same situation. Also, when I discussed the above matter with developer support, I was told that I should discuss the account level issue with https://store.facebook.com/help/support/, not developer support. However, even after consulting with the above, I was told that "this is not the place to discuss this issue" and the issue was not resolved. Does anyone else have a similar problem or know of a solution?
Verification "to prevent misuse" feedback
Hey folks, Seeing people getting their verification at last so I thought I'd give it a shot again after 2 days since I got told "to prevent misuse we have limited your submissions" etc when I only tried to resubmit ONCE since the change to the system 2 days ago. Meta team, I'm human, and I just want to submit my verification!
