We are unable to link a bank account to our Developer dashboard.
At first it was asking for bank info but never worked. Now it doesn't even ask for any bank info, it just fails. Tried setting a new account which does the same thing. Clicking the "Get payout support" goes to a dead link.
We need to add payout information before we can setup IAP assets, etc. We are in Canada if that makes a difference.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hurrah,
I tried like every day to fill in the payment information and this morning, it worked.
So do it fast while it works !

I have opened a ticket with Developer Support regarding this on August 7th, #47889. It is still not solved and I do not even know if the payment team is aware of the issue. Regarding creating IAPs, better prepare for a long wait and do other feature development in the meantime...

Hello,
I have the exact same issue. I try to add an Austrian bank account and always get the following error:
We're having trouble updating your payment information. Please try again later or contact support for assistance.
I contacted "Facebook Payment Support for Monetizers" (https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/478646722539653), and at first I also received the same "policy violations..., your account is disabled..." reply. After more chatting, they told me I should reach out to support@oculus.com, so I contacted them. Unfortunately they sent me back to Meta Developer Support Center where I can only create a ticket at "Facebook Payment Support for Monetizers", which I already did in the first place.
I started my journey 6 days ago.

Hello everybody, You reassure me because I thought I was the only one but not.
It's been 4 days since I sent a help request to support and apart from asking me again for my oculus id and email information, that's all I have at the moment. (It seems that during the holidays, an ai always responds the same thing to temporize)
So for me, it's France and independent. I have exactly the same message. I cannot add payment information.
I add in case a dev looks at this that in the personal information form before this famous bug, my date of birth is changed each time I try again to create payment information.

It was nice to finally see some replies. Too bad its from others with the same, unresolved issue. If we figure out how to resolve this, or hear back from support I will add an update here.
Seeing the lack of support on this forum - not just with this post but with countless others going unanswered - is certainly unnerving. Meta will be taking 30% commission from all our sales... it would be nice to see quicker and more comprehensive dev support to help justify this.

5 days later, fourth response from meta.
Always the same. Automatic responses are looping.
We are dealing with a chatbot.
For the moment, no solution is provided.
So I made a game for 1.5 years and couldn't sell it.

We got it working this morning as well! Thanks!
Best of luck to all of you!

This is the same issue we're having. We use a US dollar account in Canada and Meta has been spinning us around since July 2023 with chatbot support answers that don't actually address the issue. No-one seems to know how to deal with the issue and they send the standard "use the payout" tab on Facebook (which doesn't exist), and please let us know if you can't update your account. Of course if you let them know you can't update your account you get this same exact response. It's been months now.

I am having the exact same issue! There is no support and I cannot get a payout account linked, therefore I cannot set a price for my app on the Meta Quest store. Anyone resolved this, other than "keep trying and one day it might magically work until it stops working again"?
