There is no way we can get an account subscribed to the Alpha channel of our app after being subscribed to another app from the same organization (Us).
The problem is that after sucesfully inviting the user and accepting the invitation despite of the fact that the "Congratulations" page did appear, officially subscribing the user to the Alpha app that app does not appear on the subscribed apps section and there is no trace of it on the Meta quest 2 Library on the headset.
This is a big problem for me and I do not know any way around it, I need the same user to be able to test my 2 alphas, not only 1 of them.
Any help?

I'm experiencing something similar.
We have many applications in our company and have never had an issue granting clients access to release channels.
We had a client that accepted the Invite email, but was unable to see the application in their library or Preview Applications list.
I then revoked my own access from the application, and re-added myself.
Got the Invite email, and got the Congrats page after clicking the link, but now I also don't have access.
This is a major blocker for us.
