When I go to add an oragnization for developer mode it seds me to verification page

So when I want to put an organization in the textbox for developer mode to work I get sent to the verification page and I enabled the 2fa but it keeps sending me to the verification page for no reason and I don't know what to do please help

Hey there! That's not what we want for our valued customers. We'd love to see what we can do to help you get past the verification page.

 

What trouble shooting you have done? Have you held the power button for 30 seconds to bring up the boot menu and select restart?

 

We have also provided you with a link from the developer section of the Oculus community forums to help you with any questions you may have as a developer HERE.

I'm having the same issue and there's very little to troubleshoot on our end here, the website just isn't working.

Hey, thank you for bringing this to our attention! We like to jump in and help out. What website are you referring to? You can use this link to the developer section of the forum, where you'll find more information.

I'm trying to go to https://developer.oculus.com/manage/organizations/create to create an organization so I can enable developer mode on my Quest 2. but whenever I go there it just automatically sends me to https://developer.oculus.com/manage/verify/ instead. I've already added 2 factor authentication with an App (google authenticator or something) cuz entering my phone number to get a text message didn't work (I just never got a text message) 

 

if I go to my profile and check my security stuff https://auth.meta.com/settings/security/ it even says my 2 factor authentication is on but somehow that organization creation page ignores that or something and just keeps sending me to the verification page instead

The looping issue you're running into with the 2 factor definitely sounds frustrating, so let's see what we can do to get that fixed.
