Account Suspended due to “Minor using the Account”

Hi.

So I just want to share that my account got suspended FOR THE 2ND TIME. The first time is due to the serial number marked as “STOLEN” despite being bought as brand new.

Now I got suspended again and as per “specialized team”, the reason is because a minor is detected using the account is being used by a minor. It’s only me and my wife who used the Meta Quest 3. So I appealed right away.

Now, it’s been 2 weeks since I last heard from them. Everytime I follow up to customer support (both here and WhatsApp), the only advice they got is to wait. I don’t even have a timeline for resolution.

It’s unfair that they can suspend right away but takes forever to reinstate the account. Now, my newly bought Quest 3 and my account is becoming useless and it sucks considering the amount of money spent.

I’m really looking forward to file a formal case if ever I have that possibility. Unfortunately, I’m residing outside US.

FRUSTRATED AND REALLY NEED SOMEONE’S HELP ON THIS.
