I’m on vacation and I was trying to use my oculus but my home was back to default and it wasn’t letting me go to my account can you please help me fix this promblem

Hey @Toad571! Definitely doesn't sound like the ideal vacation with having account issues. Don't worry! We're here to help, and this should be a pretty simple fix.


Here are the steps to follow that tend to work for issues like this:

  • Turn off your headset.
  • Log out and back in to your Facebook account on your mobile device.
  • Log out and back in to your Meta Quest app on your mobile device.
  • Turn your headset back on.
  • Make sure your headset shows paired and connected in the mobile app.
