Well, that's not supposed to happen, we'll do our best to get this fixed and get your content back where it belongs.
Thanks for trying to restart your headset, now that we've done this we can try one other method to get your library back, take a look here:
- Completely log out of your headset, then power off
- Deleted your Oculus app from your device (iOS or Android) then restart your device
- Go ahead and redownload the Oculus App and you should be asked to log in once more go ahead and do so
- Turn on your headset and restart the pairing process once more
