Asgard's Wrath 2 doesn't start/load on Quest 3

After 20 hours of playing the game, it doesn't start anymore.

When I try starting the game, I only see 3 white dots indicating game is loading but it never starts.

I have restarted Oculus... installed las software update.. nothing works

could someone help?

try if uninstall and reinstall of the game can solve the issue.

Make sure cloud backup is enabled.

Have you tried contacting the developer, Sanzaru?

Customer Support can't help with in-app experiences, even if you can't get past the loading screen. So I'd definitely recommend contacting the developer directly. 🍒
