Received my Quest2 this week. Unfortunately it can’t pair to the App on my IPhone. If I click on the link to open a support ticket and I am asked to login, I can only enter an email address to log into a Facebook account. But I only have setup a meta account and don’t have a Facebook account. How is this possible that I can only receive support if I have a Facebook account?

If your option to create a support ticket doesn't show, just click the next best thing and add some detail in the box!
