Can't Reach Oculus Runtime Service

How do i fix?

Same issue here on Win10 Pro.
I have ran all the steps in https://support.oculus.com/217157135500529/
Full uninstall and reinstall of Oculus gives the same error. Had no issues the night before using the headset. Problem started at 10:27pm PST for me.

Good idea, let's push a patch Friday night that breaks everyone's software.. I just hope I am not waiting all weekend for a fix.

Having the same problem.

1. I tried Reinstall Oculus Software inclusive deleating the Oculus Folder after deinstalling the App.
2. The old Patch to fix the March problem i was hoping this helps.
3. Setting the Desktop time to an earlier state where it worked.

Nothing of this helped im getting the message after i try to launch the Software all the time.
