I don't remember why but when I got my quest 2 I had to create a new Facebook account using my mobile phone number as the primary....and that account is not linked to the email of the one I am using to post here.
Two new phones later and I don't have proginal phone with Facebook app that I setup mobile account with. I still use the same mobile number but when I go to recover account and reset my password to have it send me a code via sms nothing happens, I never receive code text.
I don't know what to do, I have a ton of games purchased and don't want to lose them if account logs out.

hi oculus support. I forgot my password and can't get into the email of the account, and it's not connected to another Facebook account or email i don't know what to do or how to sign in again and get my games back.
