I have done all of these; nothing helps. It's acting that way on both my iPhone and iPad. It just started 3 days ago. My old videos are fine.

BTW, i went to the link you show in the message and I cannot find anywhere where I can "send a message" to privately contact you - and yes, I'm signed in.

Samething is happing to me and I can’t fix it

Hey @themanman1! Thanks for that confirmation on the previous steps not working.

We do have just a couple more things we can test out in regards to your media syncing:

  1. Uninstall the oculus app.
  2. Reinstall the oculus app.
  3. Sign in but don't check your device.
  4. Force stop the app.
  5. Turn all permissions on, including installing from unknown sources.
  6. Start the app and check your device.

If these don't seem to help, please reach out to our PMs @MetaQuestSupport where we can look into your issue more in-depth.

Looking forward to hearing your update!

I have the same problem,, I've been making videos for almost a year and all it does it show the wifi symbol

I have deleted and reinstalled, turned on and turned off wi-fi and bluetooth, restarted, resynced, everything. I've posted on so many sites. No one seems to be able to help. Here are 3 images showing what I see on my ipad. iPhone is similar but smaller.

First image is what I see on main screen showing wi-fi symbol. When I touch "see all," I see images and times, leading me to believe it's synced. However, touch any image and I get the third screen.oculus-problem.jpg

whenever I want to view new synced videos from my oculus app, the screen is black and shows a wifi symbol with a (!), claiming that I don’t have enough wifi to do so. Please help me as I really want these videos

Hey there. We are always happy to help our customers with their Wi-Fi issues. We know how that can feel. Let's see what we can do to help you.

What device are you trying to view the synced videos? Are they paired to the headset? We would recommend to turn off the Wi-Fi connection and turn it back on. Are you having connection issues on any other devices?

We would be happy to assist you further once we have more information. We look forward to hearing from you.

I'm having this exact same issue, has support helped you with this yet?

It's not your wifi, it's the oculus connection.  Short videos don't have any issues, but if they are more than a few minutes it just won't work.

I've chatted with support for awhile about this and ended up Factory resetting my oculus (and losing almost all of my game progress) and that still didn't work.  Then at the end they pretty much told me I was out of luck, no estimate on a bug fix or even acknowledgment that they would try to fix the issue.

Not trying to give you bad news, just trying to save you a lot of hassle and HOURS of your time.
