Hey Javon,

I've linked the PC requirements to use Link with your device HERE. It'll outline the minimum and recommended requirements. Laptops are an even trickier subject as the Link cable is very picky about the laptops, but if you make sure it meets the requirements mentioned on the list then you should be golden.

Stop posting the link requirements, this helps NO ONE!

That's right. Wireless works, albeit quite poorly, with my router, but wired doesn't do anything. There is no developer section anywhere, and the device is not released anywhere in the Windows 10.

To do this, you have to turn on the developer mode, which is very complicated, and then restart the helmet to appear in the menu. There is information on the Internet about this. You go to their site and verify your identity with two steps, then you do verification, and then you have to create an organization to turn it on. From the first link I think it was the confirmation. With me, it was only possible with a phone. The second for the check, and the third to create an organization. In short, they have complicated the procedure as much as possible.

Hope this helps. I had a lot of trouble doing it and I don't remember all the steps.

Hey there @Jared7779! I wish there was more we could do to help out, but if the PC you're using does not meet the minimum requirements for Meta Quest Link/Air Link then there is no way we are able to properly troubleshoot the issue. If the PC in question isn't compatible based on the standards we linked then at that point finding workarounds is probably your best option. @Charmeds made some great recommendations that may help out with this issue though so I recommend checking out his reply.

Feel free to reach out with simple questions! For any troubleshooting please make a post or reach out to our wonderful email, chat, and callback support team here: https://metaque.st/Support
