My controller won't connect and they say a light will show on the controller I don't see that either I even changed the battery don't know what to do next please help

Hey rassberry! We see your Oculus Go controller is having a hard time connecting to your headset. We will do everything we can to assist you with this issue. Please try the following:

  • Press any button to wake the controller while using Oculus Go.

  • Remove and re-seat the battery in your Oculus Go remote. Wait 3-5 minutes before replacing the battery.

  • Unpair and re-pair your Oculus Go controller:
    1. Open the Oculus companion app on your phone.
    2. Tap Devices from the bottom menu.
    3. Tap the headset you currently have paired.
    4. Tap Controllers, then tap the controller you currently have paired.
    5. Tap Unpair Controller.
    6. Press and hold the Oculus button and back button until the controller LED blinks and then fully lights up to re-pair the controller.
