Controllers aren't working in the Supernatural app

The controllers shoot right through the selections.  The selections highlight, but I can't click on them, I see the line from the controller shoot right through the menu items into the background.  Help!

Hello Maxers2012, thank you for reaching out. We noticed that you're experiencing controller issues. We definitely understand how disappointing this can be. Rest assured, we're here to help. First, let's try to unpair and then pairing your controllers again. To do so, click here.

Once that's done, please restart your headset. For instructions on how to restart your headset, please see the steps below:

  1. Log out of your Oculus Companion App.
  2. Log back in.
  3. With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power off screen.
  4. Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.

You should be good to go from here. 🙂 Let us know if you need anything else. 

I tried that and my controller are still not working with supernatural.  They work with everything else.
