My old Facebook account that I had deactivated was reactivated and hacked. The hacker changed the phone number and email listed under my account. Consequently, I have been unable to recover my account. I also do not have access to a device that I used to login to my old account, as I had not used it for at least several years. I have tried many times to follow the steps under Facebook's help center but I have not found any success. If someone can please help me to recover my account, I would greatly appreciate it.
