GFORCE RTX 2050

So I have a i7 12th generation intel processor with a GeForce RTX 2050 graphics card just like the oculus website says would work. When I go to the Oculus client program for PC, it says my graphics card is not compatible.  Tried getting tech support over the phone.  They couldn’t help and said they would call back at 5:30pm. It’s 6:27pm and no call back….

Hey there, Friend!

Hmmm, this is definitely quite odd. Our system definitely supports your setup. You know what? This may be an internal error between system communications. Let's gather some log files from you and have you head on over to our man support channel. There, we have an extensive tool selection better suited for looking into this matter. The agents will be able to take a deep dive into this and see what's going on.

Here are the steps to gather your logs:

1.Open the Run window (Windows key + R).
2.Enter and run: C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusLogGatherer.exe
*The above link is the default directory. Bear in mind that if you installed Oculus Home to another drive you will need to update the command with the correct file path.
3.Select the checkbox next to ‘Full logs’.
4.Select "1 day" from the "Collect last" drop down list.
5.Wait for the log collection to finish. This can take some time to complete.
6.The program will automatically generate a zip file containing your logs, which will be saved to your desktop automatically.
7.Attach the newly created zip file to your next support response.

Once you have all that gathered, we'll get in touch with one of the cool cats at that support channel here: https://metaque.st/Support. We'll get you going in no time flat!

See you on the other side, Ender3DPrinterGuy!

I had to google that as I have never even heard of the RTX 2050 which turns out to be very rare laptop gpu. And Oculus is too **bleep** lazy to update anything other than well known cards that have been out for many months so good luck with them ever getting around to adding support. FFS it took them 8 months to finally properly support Win 11 and several months to make 3000 series desktop gpus compatible and I think they still to this day do not support the Alder lake cpus with the ecores.
