Some games are not working, it tells that I need to downloaded again, I tried to downloaded but it doesnt work it just saying it is working but never happened.
Also it tells that I need at software update but it never works too.
Well, that's not right! Have you tried to hard reboot your headset? If not, go ahead and try holding down the power button until the headset shuts off, then turn it back on after a few moments. From there, let us know if you see any difference!
