Welcome to the Meta Community Forums! The community members here are great at helping find solutions to all sorts of trouble. So if you're running into anything, or want to help others, please feel free to jump in. And if the community can't help out, we're around to help as well.

Having trouble with a Facebook or Instagram account? The best place to go for help with those accounts is the Facebook Help Center or the Instagram Help Center. Our team isn't able to assist with those account troubles.

To get help with Meta Quest products, start with searching for similar issues, people likely have run into what you're seeing and there may already be a great solution. If you can’t find a related topic to what you’re looking for with the search, create a new thread and the community will lend a hand.

To help us help you, please provide as many details about what you’re seeing as possible.

It’d be best to include:

  1. Version number of software (If you're running PTC software, make sure you tag your post with that)
  2. The product you’re using
  3. If this is related to standalone or Quest Link
  4. Description of the issue
  5. Screenshots that might apply
  6. Any additional information
