My Oculus quest 2 recently stopped tracking. I took it to a repair technician so he could take a look at it and he never opened the Oculus all he did was attempt to do a factory reset which didn't take. Now the Oculus team is saying I voided my warranty by letting him look at it even though he never opened it. Before even asking me if you opened it they just said I voided my warranty by taking it to him. So I sent them another message explaining to them that he never even opened it so how could he have possibly voided my warranty. Should I file a lawsuit against Oculus for the cost of my Oculus plus lawyer fees. Because if they don't fix it that's my only other option and I'm willing to go that route.
