Not that anyone can help at this point but headset is stuck in the never ending boot loop. Tried factory reset 3 times. Nothing. Tried a bunch of different cables. The headset doesn’t even charge anymore when plugged in. Contacted customer support and they said the only fix is to buy a new headset. I know lots of people here on the forum have had this same issue. I read through all the suggestions. It’s sad that this company doesn’t have a fix by now… smh. It was great while it lasted!
