Horizon workrooms won't launch - here is the message

You need a meta account to continue is what it keeps saying. Then gives me steps to setup. I have an account as evidenced by being able to log in to this forum. the metaquest app I have set up my Horizon account. I also have already logged in online via laptop to horizon and registered and have my own test workspace that generated. For some reason, that screen is frozen and will not allow me to edit anything.

 

Meta Help Team: Please look into the backend and find out why my workroom online is frozen and won't allow me to do anything and why when I launch the app it will not go beyond the "you need an meta account to continue" page.

 

PS, my headset is up to date and there isn't a notification to update the workspace app.

They did something that fixed it.

Heads up though. Currently if I access the workroom online through Chrome, it won't do anything but scroll the page. If I go through Edge it is usable. A let down but no the end of the world.
