Horizon worlds not loading

Hi, I’m having issues getting into horizon worlds. I just recently purchased an oculus 2, I’m trying to enter horizon worlds and I get stuck on the loading screen, after about 10 min it says I’m not connected to the WiFi when I am. I have already tried a factory reset and it did not work

There are a few other requirements for Horizon Worlds that must be met for it to work:

  • In a supported Country (US, Canada, Iceland, Ireland, UK, France and Spain)
  • At least 18 years old
  • Must have a Facebook account
  • If all of these have been met and it still doesn't work please fill out a bug report HERE
