How to find quest 2 order number

Oculus support requires me to enter my 'order number' before I can send a support ticket / get help. 

I've tried looking up where to find the 'order number' but all I find are videos about how to find the serial number, and it's starting to drive me insane. Is this meant to be found in the online recite? all I have is the invoice...

Hey @Spacesplart, if you ordered from us directly, the order number should be on your invoice and any emails concerning your order. Also, if you were logged in when you created your order, you should be able to see your order number on the "Orders" section of your account on our website (just make sure you log in first).

What if the purchase was made at Walmart ?

I bought a game from the app and it has glitches out a bit so I wanted to refund it then buy it again and try play but I need the order number and never got an email with it so I can’t do it. Any help?

Hey there @SpuddySon710, we see you are having issues with a game. We understand how inconvenient this may be, but don't worry, we're here to assist you all that we can. Before sending you to support, let's try to see if we can resolve the issue first.

 

Can you please attempt the following:

  1. Press the oval Oculus icon on your right Touch or Touch Pro controller to pull up your universal menu.
  2. Select the icon with the dots arranged in a 3 by 3 grid.
  3. Find and then hover over the app that you want to uninstall.
  4. Select the 3 dots in a vertical line.
  5. Select Uninstall, then select Uninstall to confirm.
  6. Then try to reinstall the app again and see if that helps.
