Oculus support requires me to enter my 'order number' before I can send a support ticket / get help.
I've tried looking up where to find the 'order number' but all I find are videos about how to find the serial number, and it's starting to drive me insane. Is this meant to be found in the online recite? all I have is the invoice...

Hey @Spacesplart, if you ordered from us directly, the order number should be on your invoice and any emails concerning your order. Also, if you were logged in when you created your order, you should be able to see your order number on the "Orders" section of your account on our website (just make sure you log in first).

I bought a game from the app and it has glitches out a bit so I wanted to refund it then buy it again and try play but I need the order number and never got an email with it so I can’t do it. Any help?
