Found a way to do it if anyone is still having problems with this. You go into your account on the Oculus website. Then there is a drop down menu where you can choose “My devices” should look something like this screenshot. Sorry about it being cut off my iPhone didn’t show the whole thing but the button below your quest says “Delete device data”.
