I purchased an app (Resist) on my account, and I am not the device owner. I've found that no one else in my family can access this app. I'd like to return/get a refund, then purchase it on the device owner's account. Can you help with this? Thanks.

After poking around the app for a bit I finally found the "request refund" button in my purchase history. Hopefully this works.
