As in windows, i would like to go back with the meta questo to a point on the system before updating it, as the new update its gaving me problems. is there a way to restore the system to a back up point?

At the moment, there is no way to revert to a previous version of the headset, once an update has been installed.
If you'd like to turn off auto-updates, you can head to Settings > System > Software Update and select the toggle next to Automatically power headset to update to turn this feature on or off.
I hope this helps! I'd recommend posting your thoughts in the Ideas Forum for our engineers to see, maybe with a small explanation of why being able to rollback would be beneficial 🍒
