Hello, I just received this email about a Research Study made by META.

 

Hello Gaia,

Facebook is holding a series of 60 minutes research sessions on Monday, 3rd - Friday, 14th of April, 2023. We would like to do research and learn more about how people use Facebook and how we can make it a better experience.

If you are selected and participate in a study session, you'll receive a €90 EUR (or local equivalent) Meta Research e-Reward (redeemable for a selection of e-gift cards through PerksWW).

If you are interested in participating, please click here(survey link) to complete a brief survey. Available times are located in the survey.

Your participation in the survey is voluntary and you can terminate your participation at any time. Once you open the survey, you will be asked for your consent to participate in the survey. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting (edited).

You may have certain legal rights depending on the country in which you are located (including the right to access, rectification, portability, erasure, and consent withdrawal). Hey hey @caregaia, boy is it your lucky day! I went ahead and asked a couple of people for you since these don't seem to come up often. After looking everything over, it looks like this email you got is 100% real. 👍 They'll just ask you a couple questions in the survey to see how they can improve your experience, but all the information you'll need is in that email.

Facebook is holding a series of 60-minute research sessions on Wednesday, August 23rd through Thursday, August 31st. This study will be held remotely so you can participate from wherever you are, either on a laptop or desktop with a webcam. We want to learn more about how people use Facebook, and how we can make it a better experience. If you are selected and participate in a study session, you'll receive $125 USD Reward provided by the vendor. The research will be conducted by AnswerLabon Facebook's behalf.

If you are interested in participating, please click here and complete the form and you will receive a follow-up call or email with more details from our partner research company, AnswerLab. Please note that by completing this form, Facebook may provide your contact information and answers to our partner research company, AnswerLab.
