Deliberately creating problems to disrupt customer consultations
Intentionally changing the content of the customer's consultation and passing it on to the higher-level team, causing confusion.
I tried to have a conversation, but they pretended to have a conversation and answered with completely different content, then ended the consultation.
We need to recognize that there is a problem with the Korean support team of Metastore.
Delaying delivery and mocking the customer by passing on fabricated information to the higher-ups without the customer's knowledge
I have not been able to get my headset back for 21 days because I manipulated the content and falsely conveyed it to the higher-up team.
