Okay so I'm not sure what happened to my headset it's mostly used model that I bought to save a little money and it's left speaker arm has broken from the inside and I mean broken like there is shrapnel from the rotation cylinder is there a way to get it repaired or send it to Oculus to get the shell swapped out with the speakers if so how much would it cost

Yes here it is I found it I honestly don't know what I was more shocked about the fact that this thing broke while it was being taken care of or the fact that when I opened up its shell it was completely filthy on the inside

Hi there! We hate to hear that you are having issues with your headset. Just to clarify, warranty comes with the device so there are no extra additional charges. When you say "it's mostly used model.." do you mean your headset is bought second hand, or did you purchase it at a store or on our website? We would love to look into this for you and get your headset fixed.
Let us know if the headset is secondary or not, if not please get in contact with our amazing support team! We look forward to hearing from you!

Yes it's second hand from Best buy without warranty I think I have a picture of it now that I think about it I mostly took the front plate off with the back so I could clear the broken debris
