I am experiencing an urgent issue with accessing my Facebook account, and the situation is quite complicated. I have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on my account, but unfortunately, I lost access to the original device where I used to receive the authentication codes. Additionally, I recently changed my password, and now I have no way of bypassing the 2FA.
I have already tried to recover my account by submitting identity documents ID card , but my request was rejected each time. I would like to mention that I am the legitimate owner of this account and urgently need access for personal and professional purposes.
Please review my case and provide an alternative solution to regain access to my account. I have tried all recommended methods in the Help Center, but without success. I am willing to provide any additional information or documents necessary to prove my ownership of the account.
