[MEGATHREAD - Known Issue] App Download/Install Speed

The last couple of days the PC Oculus App is downloading games terribly slow. No it’s not my internet, modem, router or my PC. I am speed testing at 1100mbps and every other download on other apps are downloading normal. This just started recently and was working fine a few days ago. What’s going on META?

Yes, I'm having this happen and it's pissing me off royally. So even refund and repurchase didn't work? I've read that a number of people on Reddit have even reset their Quests to no avail, but it also sounds like it happens to other (large?) games as well. So not sure whether the problem with this is on the developers of the game(s) or the Quest 3.

Same here, trying to download Arizona Sunshine 2. First 500 MB have taken ages, I dread the remaining 23000.

yeah repurchase didn’t work. Spoke to Meta and it’s an issue with the developer who are aware. No time for when repaired, but at least they are on it I guess

No answer from support. They are aware of the problem and apparently investigating. I am on v59. v60 is being rolled out, but no idea if this will help.

Developer behind Arizona Sunshine 2 said the same, they are looking into it.

This doesn't look to be a problem with the App if 3 separate games won't load, but I guess we just have to wait, and hopefully not too long

I just bought the new Arizona Sunshine 2 on the Meta Quest App.

If i want to install it on my quest 2 it instantly stops and doesn't even start the download. I can however download other games as normal and even que the Sunshine download, but as soon as it time for the download, it stops again.

I tried restarting the quest multiple times.

I also have more than 100GB free so thats not the issue. 

I want to play it with my brother, he just got his quest, i need it to be fixed! Please help if you can.

i have the same problem with arizona sunshine 2. It cancels the install instantly. other games i can download no problem..

i'm on V60 and Im having the issue with AC Nexus, every thing else has downloaded & installed fine
