It would be great if I could complete one flight in VR without my headset blacking out and getting an orange light, and a disconnected USB and Display port indication, followed by my simulator crashing to desktop and me losing my virtual airline flight that I had been recording for the last two hours. I can't even make a 30 minute flight without the headset conking out. What a POC. Not only does Oculus need better communication with Asobo (and probably visa versa), but this Rift S is a total pain since I bought it. I hope the next generation of Oculus headsets are much better, because this thing while comfortable on my head, it's a pretty stressful and annoying experience.

Aug 2nd. Same thing. Half the time the headset works fine, the other half, stenciling, glitching, stuttering. Is it MSFS2020 or is it the RIFT S?????? Or is it BOTH???? My computer is both brand new and awesome and yet XP11 works fine but MSFS2020 works half the time. I estimate I have had at least a hundred airliner flights ruined/had to cancel because this no-working halfazzed headset and this aPATHETIC Oculus company who still obviously refuses to communicate with ASOBO in order to have a working product for their customers using both. But I cant ever tell if it's this headset not working consistently or the sim glitching, or both. After investing over 6k in my sim, I REALLY WISH THEY WOULD FIGURE THIS OUT FOR ONCE!
