Meta Horizon Emails

So I've received 3 emails from meta Horizon recently - setting up my birthday date, new avatars and IARC (I have signed up as developer but never made any app)

When I try to respond to the emails it says the address they were sent from was "Facebook"

Is that a legit address used by facebook for notifications like these or are these emails scams??

Sorry if this is the wrong place, i don't know where to post this.

I received this mail a few minutes ago and I can't wrap my head around why I would've received it... Is this a scam? I don't think so cause it's from do_not_reply@email.meta.com but still....

I have received an email tonight apparently from meta - is this genuine??

Action required: Renew IARC Certificate to distribute in Taiwan

Taiwan ratings are now available. We are reaching out to you to update your International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) certification to continue distribution of your app in Taiwan. What You Need to Do If you created your IARC certification after July 24, 2024, you must submit a new IARC certification to be in compliance with the Taipei Computer Association (TCA). A TCA rating is required to have your title remain available for download and/or purchase in Taiwan. By renewing your IARC cert, your app will be assigned a TCA rating. IARC certification is fully facilitated by our metadata submission process and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

If You Do Not Respond

Failure to update your IARC certification by December 23, 2024, will result in your app being removed from the Meta Horizon Store in Taiwan. Please note that all compliance violations are independent of one another and must be resolved separately. If we previously emailed you about another violation, all deadlines still apply, and each violation must be resolved to maintain compliance with their respective policy.

Next Steps:

Here are the steps you need to follow in order to renew your IARC certification and obtain a TCA rating:

1. Log into the Developer Dashboard
2. Select the title and create a new metadata submission
3. On the Content Ratings tab, click on “Replace Certificate” and select “Request New”
4. Complete the IARC process
5. Submit metadata for review

I have received this aswell! I just posted to ask if a scam. I’m not changing anything on the account. I don’t know anything about apps in Taiwan

I am getting an email from "do_not_reply@email.meta.com" talking about how I should renew an IARC certificate so my app is able to be used in Taiwan. Failure to do so will result in said app to be removed from the app store.... Only problem I have with this is that I haven't made an app before let alone put an app on the meta store.  Can someone help to tell me if this is some email sent in error or a scam of sort.

i have also recieved a similar email but i have no app on the app store so im not sure if it is a phishing email or not i did make a devolper account on side quest but i think the 2 are seperate but im not sure

What’s confusing me is I believe that email address is a legit one from meta
