Hello,
I'm faced with a situation where my MQ3 controllers work in the menu and in Youtube VR, but if i launch any game, the controllers disapper and stop responding to all buttons except the meta button.
Also in the mobile application and in the glasses it shows that the controllers are connected.
I tried:
- Just reset MQ3
- Factory reset controllers and MQ3
- Unpair and pair controllers
- Insert new batteries
Can someone please help?

Some kind of miracle happened. I set the time zone (because before there were a blank) and everything worked as it was. I feel like this won't last long, but I'll let you know. Thanks for trying to help!

Thank you for the follow up on this. Can you confirm what games you've tried, where the controllers stop working? Also are you using the standard meta quest 3 controllers or did you get the Pro controllers?

I tried to play Beat Saber, Pavlov VR, All in One Sports VR, Job Simulator and so on. Controllers stop working after i disconnected my MQ3 from PC and tried to play something on headset. I'm using standard meta quest 3 controllers

Thank you for that information. So it works fine when connecting to PC but as a standalone it doesn't work? We can suggest trying to clean your headset. Aside from that, our last option would be to have your PM us. From there we'd start looking into our options for possible replacements. We're looking forward to hearing back from you on this.
