Meta helpdesk is not getting back to me

Hi,

I was asked to send back my headset for a replacement, there seems to have been a lot of complications with this on your end. Today I am chasing the progress of this, but no one is getting back to me. 

Is your helpdesk down? When I start a conversation on whatsapp no one replies. What is going on?

Still having issues with your useless customer support specialist team, higher support team, escalation team, engineer team or whatever team you want to add in next.

They even lied to me trying to fob me off saying my issue is now with the engineer team. You colleague told me earlier today that was "misinformation". 

Please tell me how to make a complaint to someone that can do something about this, I don't want to hear your whatever team it is now it still working on it
