Hi my left controller isn't working. My left controller has been hit of walls and tables but the outside isn't broken but I think the inside is broken because I was playing vr and my controller randomly disconnected but I put new batteries in before I played and I tried putting newer ones in and it worked for 5 minutes and now it won't turn on even when I change the battery's. So I was wondering if I could have a replacement one. please.

When a face button (A, B, X, Y) is pressed on the Touch controller, does a white LED light indicator on the controller turn on or flash briefly?
When does this issue occur? Does it happen only in certain games? Does it happen in the Home environment or in menus?
Can you see any lights on your controller(s) that are on (blinking or solid)?
Could you please provide me with a picture of your controller and the controller's battery bay?
