Could someone please explain why Meta are ghosting me.
My sons Right hand controller is struggling to track. I opened a case and was asked to to try multiple things and if these did not work then I was to submit a load of info inc address and invoice copy etc. I did all this and then received an email "we have now closed your case you can open it again at any time" This was now over a month ago.
I have tried to reach out to Meta to explain I have supplied all the info requested but my son an still not use his VR with no answer????
This is not good enough

I'm really reluctant to buy a new controller when the VR really is not very old. not even two years
I have tried all of the advice your colleague offered to me and submitted all the info I was asked for.. Yet still my son can not use the device to it's best potential. He plays with four friends who all have the same kit, but got theirs way before Joshua. One friend did have a tracking issue but it seemed to go away. For the price I paid I expect more than 18 months use. That's not unreasonable is it?
