waiting for my replacement i was told it will take 5-7 business days, NOT A SINGLE update

No reply on mail

WA chat support just tells me that specialized team is on it they will get back to you, In SS u can see no reply???

As soon as the AI mentions a specialized team, it means it has given up on you. Hopefully you can get to a human via PM but I suspect they are thin on the ground. There is a reason why Meta don't offer phone support.
