Hey all, So I got a used oculus rift cv1 from my work place and I am having some issues. setting up the thing there was nothing showing up on the headset just a black screen After i do the guardian set up. So i started playing with the Display adapters settings on my laptop and i turned off the dedicated graphics driver which was a RTX 3070 and all of a sudden with the Graphics driver on the CPU it starts to work.
Do you guys know is this a common issue am i doing something wrong? Or is it because the gaming laptops with 3000 series cards have issues with PC VR?

same problem here. it is a problem with nvidia drivers. if you switch to studio geforce drivers it works.
but this is not optimal. please help to make it work with the latest game ready geforce drivers.

Hey thanks for this tip. I just upgraded my PC to a 3070 and had the same issue. Using the Studio Driver worked for me. That really sucks since I mostly use my PC for gaming, it's strange that it doesn't work using the GRD.
