So I have been playing on my quest since December of 2021, and i’ve never had a problem until recently. it all started when I was messing around in the oculus app when i disconnected from my wifi and connected again. i don’t know what i did but for some weird reason, all my games show up, but my profile is unable to load. None of my friends show up, and whenever I start a game it tells me “entitlement failed” and quits the app. I may be leaving some stuff out, but please help.
Sorry, I forgot to mention this but in my settings, because i’m supposedly “logged out” so I can’t back up my cloud and factory reset it. I really hope I didn’t spend around 150$ on games just for me to buy them all again.

Sign out of the mobile app
Turn off your headset and phone for about 5 minutes
Sign back into the mobile app
Make sure your headset is paired to the app
Launch a game from the mobile app

So I just tried this and sadly, it didn’t work. When I try to pair it it says it already is even though it clearly isn’t. Another weird thing is that all my friends show up but my profile doesn’t. It says to login with facebook even though I have multiple times. Im starting to consider maybe trading it in or something, if you can even do that.
