PC app missing right controller

I had this problem for a few days my right controller was not working so I went and got a new one from here then I noticed its missing from the desktop app I am using the quest 2. I have tried adding the controller back but dont seem to have an option for that and trying to add headset over air link or using the cable it does not seem to find the headset see the screenshots

Even if I dont use the desktop app I still cant seem to get the controller to work

Hey there @Resistance46! We hate to hear that your right controller isn't working! Let's work together to get this resolved. We would like for you to try the following:

• Remove the battery for 2-3 minutes, then re-insert them.
• Replace the battery with known working batteries.
• Unpair and pair the controllers back
