I’ve been having a strange random but every few days reset when I log in. First I’ll turn the Q2 on after having it turned off. Next, I’ll do the pattern login and then wait for it to connect to Wifi. Then if I click on any app browser included, the headset crashes and looks like it reboots itself. Maybe a factory reset? So it boots back up, my pattern login is still there. But once I get past that, all my apps are missing and it has me reset back to the default environment, which I never use. Also, the login pops up for my FB or Oculus login. Doing every few days is a serious pain in the ass as I have to type everything in again. It wasn’t like this for the first two months. Only after a few Q2 updates.
Once I log in, my apps are still missing but after about 3-5 minutes they just appear back again and I can start using the device again without issue. Until I turn it off and back on later.
Anyone else seen this or had this issue? I haven’t been able to find anyone online having this problem so thought I’d ask here.
Day 2 since I posted this and it just happened again. Log in with the pattern, watch for WiFi to work, then go to launch an App and it goes to black, then comes back up and requests me to log in to Oculus. I do so, and then it does a reset. This can't be normal!
