I have the same problem, I ordered a Headset and did not receive an email and nothing shows up in my orders, As far as my bank account, there was a charge by Oculus for a dollar and then a refund for a dollar. I am not sure if my order went through and I am afrade to try again because I don't want to end up purchasing 2 headsets. any feedback is most welcome
EDIT: I came back and found out from Support that I was not logged in when I placed my order. I ordered under guest account. That is why it does not show up under purchases. All is good now 🙂
