try logging completely out on the mobile app, or uninstalling the app and re installing app.

 

then re-pair your headset.

Already did EVERYTHING humanly possible to get my account back on. I appreciate your help though. WE ALL MUST HOLD META's FEE TO THE FIRE! THEY CANNOT JUST DO THIS TO US WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING FOR US BACK. 

I accidentally set up a new account with my Facebook and the original Oculus account that was connected is lost in limbo for now. So, until Oculus find my original account and re-connects it to my Facebook I am screwed and VERY UPSET!

I’m in the same boat, been told so many times to just wait to hear from the engineering team but still haven’t heard a thing. I just bought the Oculus Quest 2 a week ago and only got to play for 2 days.

THAT IS CRAP! NO EXCUSE. I have had the Oculus for almost a year now and I cannot lie, this has NEVER happened. HOWEVER, IT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN EVER AND IF EVER NEVER THIS LONG AND IF THIS LONG AND IF THIS LONG THEN NOT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE UP FOR IT BUT MORE LIES! I AM PISSED. (as you can see)!🤣

Their customer service doesnt understand or know what the engineering team is doing. The engineering team isnt communicating what they are doing if they are working on it and we are just left here lost and angry. I have spent hours troubleshooting and talking with customer support and even told them that i was ready to just return the item and they dont offer any explanation, ETA or compensation for my trouble. ANY other company this would be unacceptable and be a huge story.....but its Facebook and our expectations of them are clearly so low it seems normal

I just got great assistance from Oculus Ryan the admin. He was patient and took his time to help me get back my account. I give him 5 STARS, but the rest of Oculus 2 STARS for not providing me with the fix last week. Thank you Oculus_RyanS for your assistance and I pray the rest of this empire follows suit with you otherwise we are doomed. 😉

lol I am literally talking with him now and he is fixing my issue. I told him if there is any way for me to give him praise to his boss, I want to! This is what the customer support should have been.
