Are there Oculus reps on this forum? We have a Go for a couple of years that we want to use again. We lost our Pin and user account info. When we try to buy an app we are forced to enter a pin we don't have so we cant purchase any apps.
When we try to renew the pin it sends a verification code to an email but none of our emails.
Should I do a factory reset on the Go and start over?
We're not nubies, we have a rift s and a quest 2. Maybe we let the Go sit too long?
