Right controller starts to go crazy

Mikol.XML

My quest 2 is around 2 months old and ever since the day that im sending this, it’s loosing tracking and keeps on vibrating, which also means that the controller is connecting and disconnecting back and forth, (this is on my right controller by the way) it maybe because i dropped it accidentally but i don’t know.

i’ve actually looked at another one similar to this that you replied but the quest was only 5 weeks old

so i thought that maybe it had different solutions based of how old the quest is?

Hey! Thanks for sharing your recent experience, we'd love to help your controllers get better and have you hop on some more VR gaming!

Try these steps here to attempt to isolate the problem on your controller,

  • Unpair and re-pair your controllers. For steps on doing so, please click here.
  • Remove the battery from the controller for at least 10 minutes.

Some tracking issues can be solved by making sure your play space is,

  • Well lit, with enough light to clearly see, but not direct sunlight.
  • Free of any reflective surfaces such as mirrors, glass or polished marble.
  • Ensure the tracking cameras are clean.

If there is no difference in the age of the quest then i’ll proceed to that one and i’ll read and follow

(i’ll tell you if it worked or not)

They helped, but they only helped a bit, it is only stable in the first 30 minutes of playing then  it goes back to how it was
