Hello. I am having Thai ongoing issue that says “Shellenv keeps stopping” I can not seem to resolve this issue. Any advice on how to fix this?

If you could please provide us with a screenshot of the error message you are receiving it would help us get a better understanding of the issue. Do keep in mind that this usually involves developer coding issues and if anything was sideloaded on the device it does break Meta Quests's terms of use and limits us from being able to assist you.

Thanks for providing that picture for us! In cases such as this, the best option will be a factory reset. We know how daunting it can seem, but don't worry! All of your purchased games and apps will stay linked to your account and will be available to download again after logging in. Please make sure you have cloud backup enabled, we'd hate for you to lose any data! Here's how you can factory reset the device:

Use Sidequest And Go Inside Your Headsets Files And If You Use The Virtual Environment, Paradiso, Theres A Glitch Where It Can Stop ShellEnv. (when in sidequest, DELETE PARIDISO from you Headset, DONT DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN, Its Happend To Me)

I would do that but I have the same problem and my headset just has the spinning pringle(or logo whatever) and then it just says either system utilities or SHELLENV keeps stopping however it doe not go to the universal menu so is there anyway I can do a cloud backup on the phone app?
