I’m unable to use my VR headset as I can’t find my apps/games and both the Explore and Store apps say Something went wrong / Oops Nothing to show. I’m connected to internet (tried disconnecting and reconnecting the wifi). 
please help!

Hey there, Pnadeau. That's no good at all! Let's take a look at a couple things and see if we can get that squared away. We have a few possibilities here.

 

  • Check the settings on your Antivirus to see if you can add Oculus as a trusted software. Here is a link breaking that process down: https://bit.ly/3MPWzYm (It names the Rift and Rift S but the info is solid)
  • Give your headset a restart.
